Clusters usually last 15 minutes to 2 hours. Come the same time each day. The eye tears & nose runs. Chronic paroxyimal hemicrania is similar ro cluster headache but only lasts about 5 minutes. Could be the culprit. Also may want to search for trigeminal neuralgia. It's more of an electric shock/ice pick type pain. One of the two, don't recall which, is always responsive to Idocine as a treatment.
