in theory

the problem with OVER codifying everything is that people is amorphous groups like this NEVER mange to stick to the simplest structure to begin with, and if you get it too "organized" it goes counterproductive real fast

and see the CPA coming thru,
so I do believe you mean very well
and have some good insight on organizeing things

but isn't this about the 20th suggestion you've had about how to redesign the CHMB in the couple weeks you've been posting ?????
