I will try the tea and applying ice! I get these headaches every day. Most days I can control it. some days it gets BAD and have to go to the ER. My Mom doesn't understand when I ask her to watch my kids. She says that I " make up " these headaches and that they can't be " that bad". She accuses me of just wanting to ge the shot of Demerol. I have never used a drug in my life! I am not an addict! I wish she understood better. It gets really bad when I am having this MAJOR PAIN and she is yelling at me.
