My gyn said that migraines tend to go away in menopause and that "extroidinary" headaches sometimes appear at that time. One problem is if you have your blood drawn then wait five minutes you can get conflicting data. Anyway, this was just one doc's opinion and one that I'd bet on doesn't come across cluster complaints that often as she called them "extroidinary" as in rare.
