I don't think there are any particular triggers. When I first started my clusters my wife and I began cutting out various foods. First red meat, then white meat, all meat. I cut out alcohol and caffine and bought only biological vegetables. My clusters weren't affected in the slightest, and nor were they when I began slowly adding these things back in my diet. But you know how the beast works - what gives you relief for a while will suddenly stop working for no apparent reason. CH really is different strokes for different folks. But at least I can now eat whatever I fancy without feeling guilty about the CHs being self-inflicted.
