Sorry you have this kind of pain.
Don't know if it will help, but I had the same symptoms about three years ago. Having experienced clusters, I knew that it wasn't it. After all kinds of tests (blood tests, ultra sound, MRI, urine test) it was determined that I had "essential high blood pressure". After a number of false starts, we found that Novasc effectively lowered the blood pressure, and eliminated the headaches. When I have tried to go off the Norvasc, the headaches have come back, the first indication that my blood pressure is rising.
