Now I can drink alcohol and it helps if it is a small ch. I don't try that in a big one because I am hurting too bad. I know some on here doubt I have CH, that is your opinion. Frankly I am sure I have had them. Had the symptoms, and yes alcohol did not trigger me most of the times. There was a few times it did tho. Now if I am unusual, yea I think so, but that does not mean I don't have CH. Actually now, for the last 3 weeks they have been few and far between so I choose to think I am beginning to wind up my first cycle of 8 months.
I rely on my doctor's advice and he seems very competent to me. So he says I have CH, I think he is right.
I have had CH after a good conversation so not sure about the stress angle. All I know is how they affect me.
Please don't assume that because I don't fit a very narrow definition that I do not have CH.
