I absolutely LOVE this line of questioning and the true quest for knowledge and understanding. I'm afraid that my "cycle" may throw a wrench into the whole "theory". Please don't take this as sarcasm! As a chronic sufferer, do I screw up the thought process? Do I screw up the theory? I'd have to agree with Todd that I "thrive" on "high stress" jobs and even situations. I pride myself on being able to "handle" these jobs and situations with a BIG smile on my face and that I am able to make decisions quickly and rationally without even breaking a sweat.

It doesn't even bother me to go to work with chronic Cluster Headaches in the first place. Know what I mean? SOME people may find it "stressful" and want to collect disability instead. I mean I've been at this "Cluster game" for 15 years with no remission. Is that stress? Only I can answer that question. The answer is, "only if I allow it to be stress". Guess what? "I don't allow it to be stress". I joke about it, I relax, I talk about it with friends and family. I especially "TALK" to you guys about it. YA-HOO, gotta love this board!!!

And I have to ask this. How do testosterone levels relate to anything? Personaly I believe that the Hypothalamous plays a more crtical role in understanding Cluster Headaches. The "Hypo" controls the Pituitary gland. As far as Testosterone it may just have to do with the fact that MAINLY men are afflicted with Cluster Headaches as compared to women. Just like MAINLY women are afflicted with Migraines. Looking forward to Part 2 !!
