I agree with Ueli 100%. CH is still too complex a disease to be umberella'd with any one hormone or anything else. I don't remember any definition of CH that attributed CH ALWAYS to a specific lifestyle; all have said sometimes this and sometimes that. My bane is not alcohol but MSG and I have a lot of company there. The bottom line of CH definition is not ones ability to tolerate a certain substance; it is the severe pain, duration and cyclical nature of the beast. Me thinks you need a broader brush.
