Your stories are all too familiar. Maybe you can give me some advice. I started a new episode of clusters last Sunday 9/27/98 and started Sansert 2mg twice per day and Calan once per day. No problems until this past Saturday, Sunday and Monday (today). Each morning I woke about 10 minutes after rising that special dull pain (only a Cluster suffere knows) began and then minutes later I am into a full blown Cluster - vomit and all. What is odd is that I only get mine after I awake and now these breakthroughs have created another mystery. Anyone out there have the same type of cycle and any other treatment suggestions?
