You haven't supplied enough details. It could be cluster and your docs diagnosis strengthens that. Check out the links on the left side bar and take the CH test; I sincerely hope you are not one of us but if you are, welcome to our family. Nose blowing has always signaled the end of an attack for me. I keep a supply of tissues handy and when the beast starts to ebb, the sinus passages open up and the snot trail begins. Good luck.
