Whle im haveing a headache if i blow my nose it makes my head feel like it will blow up. I think that it is because the ha causes the sinuses to clog up. I also get the poping sound in my ear. That is just from the pressure that is put on the ear drum due to the ha. These always go away when im not having any haeadaches.
