I had the pleasure of having to go to the emergency room Thursday night because the pain behind my left eye was so freaking excruciating that I started to hyper-ventilate. Both the head x-ray and CT scan revealed no sinus infection. So they said, "Must be Cluster." The pain is localized behing my left brow. When I bend over to, say, pick up something, its awful, but the pain subsides when I stand back up. Also, I have fought off blowing my nose for 18 hours now, since it exacerbates my condition to do so. When the pain starts to lessen, I can sometimes hear a crackling/popping sound in my head, This has lasted s6 days now and I'm really getting sick of it. QUESTION: CAN I TRUST THE CT SCAN THAT ITS NOT SINUS?
