Tony I use tylenol Pm through my entire cycle. It is the sleep aid not the pain killer. I know other people use gravanol (sp) and dramamine. I have not noticed a diminishing effectivness, but I will tell you that I would always get a HA within an hour of waking up in the morning. Fair trade for a good nights sleep though. If you do a search on the board you may find some old posts regarding the subject. You do have to watch about sleep deprivation, I have heard you can get sleep deprived by using the OTC sleep aids too much.
