mark, ive battled the demond for 23yrs myself and have had a problem w/my left nostril for the same amount of time. i can bearly breath out of it and was told yrs ago that it was deveated. left side is were i get the pain during an attack. can you tell me what the surgery intails and how long the recovery time is.....thanx.....jonny
