Don't get you hope up too much. Although it appears to have worked for some, it didn't help me. I had my deveated septum fixed, my nasal Turbinates reduced, my Uvula removed, my soft palet removed, my Tonsils and my Adinoides(sp) removed to help me with sleep apenia. It allowed me to bring my CPAP machine from 14 ML/H2O to 8 Ml./H2O. A substantial reduction. It did not however, help with the CH's. The operation was quite painful, the recover was about 3 weeks long and I did loose 30 lbs because I couldn't eat. Sorry to be the Devils Adcovative but that's what happened.
