As incredible as this sounds it's probably true.
I recently heard about this. Some HMO's will
pay for more Imitrex if you are also prescribed
a beta blocker (i.e. Inderal LA) Something
about coding.
Also, sometimes your Doctor needs to call or
write the insurance company. Check it out and
see.
