I've seen a study claiming that cold air is as effective
as oxygene at aborting CH, so a couple of times during this, at
the onset of pain, I would run outside onto the deck at night,
and take deep breaths of the cold night air. The pain would
drop a point or two on the kip scale, but after five minutes or
so, I would get too cold, and come back inside, and the
pain would intensify a couple minutes after that.

How many here have had luck with the cold air treatment? Am I
just not staying outside long enough? Or is it really not as
good as Oxygene?
