For the majority of the messages that I've read, that we prefer COLD. Cold air, cold showers, cold ice packs to the head. And yet there are those among us who swear by HOT showers, hot packs...etc. I am simply asking a question here, please don't anyone get their panties in a bunch. But if we all suffer from the same malady, then why the total difference in the HEAT/COLD factor???? Linda Howell
