Tony -
For years I told people I didn't like to drink water because it gave me stomach aches. They thought I was nuts. What's in plain water to cause cramps?

Well, for me, the answer is that it's not "plain" water coming out of the tap. It's full of chlorine and bromine and ammonia and whatever else they treat it with in your neighborhood.

A few years ago I tried a Britta-type filter (there are several brands on the market) and it has made all the difference!! I can drink water all day and not have a problem, and all I can attribute it to is the chlorine removal.

Give it a try, HTH, Selene

PS - Ice cold drinks can cause stomach upset, too, so if you're drinking it icy, you might try a little warmer temperature. I prefer room temp water.

no ha (yet) today, they have been coming regularly at 5am, 9am and noon-ish, and no shadows either! first day in 13? 14? I forget.
