I know the pain is different (I get both), clusters tend to follow
schedules, and are last for a shorter time.
But aren't they both vascular headaches? Also they
seem to share the same triggers: Alcohol, MSG, nitrates, nuts,
cheese, chocolate, stress, etc. Many of the effective drugs
were designed as anti-migraine drugs, Imitrex being
the perfect example.
