Just wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced rebound headaches caused by some of the meds they may have taken, and what you've done to prevent them, short of going completely off the meds.
My mom started having a different class of headache around the time she started taking Imitrex nasal spray for her clusters. I'm assuming they may be caused by the spray. She is still taking Sansert with the Imitrex, and I believe she is taking another med, but I'm not sure which one. The Imitrex seems to shorten the length of time and severity of her cluster headaches if she takes it right away, but she says she feels like she has a constant dull headache now.
The headaches started the last week of July, and they have seemed to increase in number. Is this considered "chronic"? (She is finally going to see another doctor tomorrow, and hopefully she will be able to get a prescription for oxygen.)
Any info about these other headaches would be greatly appreciated!
