I take 25mg` of Elavil,500mg`s of Naproxen and 180mg`s of Verapamil, I also take 4 ecxedrin extra strength when I wake up and Excedrin Pm anywhere from 6-12 a night before I can get to sleep. I have suffered with CH forover 20 year`s. I understand where your coming from. Evail does help some but not enough for me. But I have heard alot of susess from other people that have used Evail. It`s kind of a hit and miss thing when your dealing with CH. Good luck
