Imitrex tip question

Hi everyone:

I'm interested in giving the Imitrex tip a try. First, I had a couple of questions:

1) I have the statdose injecctor. When I'm getting ready to use the second or third dose from a syringe
that's been sitting on the shelf for anywhere from a couple hours to a couple days, what do I do to
ensure sterility? Wipe the needle with alcohol? Or just dont worry about it?

2) When I stick the needle in my leg (or arm) how deep do I go? Just under the skin? All the way to
the hilt? halfway?
