I have been an episodic CH sufferer for 12 years now. During that Prednisone was useful for 2 episodes and then stopped working, then Oxygen which stopped after 3 episodes, 3 years ago I found a combo of Cardizem 60MG + (2)Cafergot Tabs worked incredibly as a Prophylaxis when taken before bedtime...now it has stopped working and I'm back to square one!! I find it utterly amazing how one can become immune to a treatment method after a couple of episodes. Now what? I don't know what's next for me...I'm thinking perhaps a .38! Any suggestions or newly found therapy method for these sick headaches???
