Don't make too many .38 jokes. There are effective treatments, both preventative and abortive, out there. A problem is that the best treatment is often a combination of drugs and response is very individual. As a result, docs need to experiement with you and often vary treatment over time. We know they will find a good combo for you and we regret the pain you suffer in the interim. You can (and will) succeed.
