I absolutely agree.I tend to think that my time and energy is better spent on trying to find a cure.Even thru a 10 I am concentrating on the reactions in my head, searching for the answer. I do disagree on the TV method however. Unless I know there will be no 'surprises' like a sudden loud noise I'd rather wait til the HA breaks to turn it on.
I sometimes force myself to do something like write or simply talk outloud(even if alone). Also looking into a bright light seems to 'scare' the demon away.
