This is an interesting question. My recent cycle started shortly after my wife was diagnosed as a diabetic. Going back through my life, I guess I've always been under a lot of stress, but I've always handled it well, so I never really tied it to my headaches, although people tend to think that headaches of any kind are automatically stress-related.
I also read something recently tying cluster headaches to sleeping habits, and I was wondering... does anyone else find that his or her sleeping habits affect the headaches? If so, is there anything specific you do to correct this?
