I strongly agree with the candida theory too - candida can manifest in so many ways from GI problems, athletes foot, tonsilitis, finger and toenail problems, CH??, who knows what else? Michel L has done quite a bit of research on this subject as well.
Another thing you can use to try to battle it is acidopholous. You can take this in pill form or choke down yogurt if you can stomach the stuff.
The antifungal that you're taking - is it Dilfulcan (sp?)?
Man, I hate to hear of a little one battling this demon. So scary to put the little guys on drugs so young.
