If you think that giving up the sansert for the verapamil will provide you with better long-term benefits than I think that that's just what you should do. Sometimes we need to give up certain things that we love in order to make the suffering not so bad. It can be a scarey choice to make. Just remember, the Sansert will be there for you if you think that it's time to go back to it.
