My husband also goes to physical therapy for a neck problem due to an accident that triggered his CH. His therapist triggered an attack my manipulating his neck in a certain way but as she reversed the steps she made it go away and he was h/a free for the rest of the day, into the night and into the next morning. I don't really know what she did but it WORKED. Maybe there is a connection somewhere and maybe meds are not the answer. I am looking further into this to see if there is a connection if I find anything this will be the first place I go to tell the CH world.
