I get a very noticeable swelling in my palate during an attack, rt sided towards the back. If I feel achy like an attack is coming I notice that the same spot always puffs out. I try to eat ice, sometimes I think it stops the attack, or at best lessen the intensity. I do not have sinus problems, never had, no allergies.
