Hey there people, woke up this morning at 1 am with the onset of a Cluster so I went to the cupboard, got out 3 acetominophen and ate 'em, then off to the bathroom for a shot of dristan into the plugged sinus cavity and the migrane went away right away. If you are having problems with meds you might want to try it, but ya gotta get 'em right when you feel that sinus starting to plug or it doesn't work...the headache has to be just starting, just in the one nostril too.
