Gary, would it help if all BC/BS customers called that 800-number stating that they heard about this reversal by them and that they (I say "they" because I'm uninsured and not part of that "we") now feel it's time to go insurance shopping again before it happens to them? i.e., an implied boycott threat of BC/BS if you're not given your O2 back quickly.
