you probably took an anti-histamine. There is information on this site that mentions histamine as a possible trigger. Anti-histamines tend to help (from what I've read from other posts) rather than hurt, if they do anything at all.
I have taken Benadryl and it has actually prevented (or maybe just delayed) some of my cluster bouts. Too many makes my nose bleed though.
