You're right. Concentrators only go up to 5 l p/m. However, they can hook 2 up together to get the needed 8-10 l p/m. They are much cheaper to rent, for those of us without insurance. Their biggest downside is that it takes several minutes for it to purify the oxegyn to the levels needed to work on the HAs. WHich also means that you may not catch it in time to fully abort it. What I do ias at the slightest twinge, turn the machine on and hope that it purifies the O in time if something does come on.
