I finally bought a regulator several yrs ago. Don't remember what it cost. Every time I fill up an E tank (actually I trade in the empties for full ones), it costs $15. But I don't get charged any rental fees. I'm still paying out of pocket since I haven't gone to battle with my current insurance company yet. It has been quite expensive the past few months, but hope springs eternal, and I keep thinking that they'll stop any day so why bother to fight the insurance company just now... I'm one of those real go-getter types... LOL
