Make friends with your pharmacist. Get her to order the injectable imitrex in an ordinary syringe, not the autoinjector. And, of course, make sure your doctor prescribes same. (It's your job, after all.) If you buy them, they're $50 apiece. Expensive. But you can use one needle three or more times. Dose the headache. Much better than the nasal spray which, even though it usually (usually!) works for me, is a one shot deal.
