I’ve been taking Prozac for years and it has had no effect on my clusters. Given that Prozac costs an arm and a leg - my health plan charges me over $52.00 for 100 spansules, about three weeks’ worth - I wouldn’t take it for clusters unless I knew with absolute certainty that it was going to work. Verapamil works for me and it’s dirt-cheap - about $4.00 for 120, about two months’ work. I’m not familiar with Zyrtec.
