Has anyone else tried the combination of prozac, varapamil and zyrtec? I started last year with the prozac, which helped a little, then added the zyrtec, which was even better, and finished with the zyrtec, which stopped the cluster completely in February. Since then I would periodically stop one at a time for a brief period so that I wouldn't build up immunity, then resume it, and keep rotating the meds always taking at least two of them, and periodically all three. I just had my first CH two nights ago, probably triggered by interrupted sleep patterns and infected sinuses from the flu. At the time I had stopped the varapamil but was still taking the prozac and zyrtec. I started the varapamil again yesterday after the third headache. As of now I haven't had one for about 36 hours. Not even a shadow. I'm holding my breath, but it looks like I interrupted the cycle. If this continues to work, I'll pass it on. Of course, if it doesn't, I'll be here anyway. No matter what, I'm glad I found this place.
