Well, I went to my primary care physician yesterday to get a referral to a neurologist. I explained my symptoms (which are cluster headaches defined to a "T"). I brought all sorts of literature and printouts from this site and tried to explain what I have been experiencing for the last two years. They pretty much told me that they are recurring migraines (yeah, right!), but I did get a referral to a neurologist. It's almost as if they didn't believe me. They also started me on Inderal (160mg once a day). I took the first dose last night (got a little dizzy but did not have a HA last night, thank god!). Has anyone else been on Inderal? If so, did it work for you? Any side effects (besides low blood pressure) that I need to be on the look out for? Hopefully this will help.
