I have started working out again.
The same thing always happens.
While im working out i start to feel
pressure on my headache side.
I'm not realy pushing my self too hard.
In fack i'm a little afrade to.
I'm afrade if i push my self too much i
will cause my self to get a ha.
Anyone know anything i can do for this? Or will
my body just get used to it?
