I work out almost every day, doing strength training & cardio. While I'm in the worst part of my cycle, I do cut back on exercising because often after a workout, I will experience a HA. Once I'm about mid-cycle, I usually start adding back workout days til I work my way back up to 5 or 6 days @week.
My gym keeps coffee brewing in the lobby & when I'm in a cycle I drink a cup of black caffeinated coffee IMMEDIATELY after my workout.
