I am so sorry that you are in so much pain! I as you use to be afraid to sleep, it seems the ones that come on at night are the worst. A ten every time. I have found that the Imitrex injection will bring the pain down and I can go back to sleep. I as Gary have found that sleep is important. Without sleep it makes fighting the demon harder.
