staying awake

I have been getting a terrible one between 3:00 and 4:00 so I have been staying awake so I can take my meds before it is full blown. I have the worst ones when I am awoken by them. Any ideas. I still have about 4:00 hours till I can go to sleep. Thanks Dan again
