It's a difficult concept to communicate, but you did well Q. Personally, I'm not into the spiritual or metaphysical (however you see it) elements, but I'm in TOTAL agreement that ONE excellent coping technique is to 'go with the pain'. No, I'm not a masochist, I don't enjoy the pain. I just don't use the energy I need to deal with the pain ranting, raving, beating my head or in other ineffective ways.
