Light Worms

Checked the archives, couldn't find much on light flashes.
This is usually considered more of a Classic Migraine thing.
But I don't know it what I see are flashes or not.

I get light worms.
If I sneeze hard or a lot I get the same thing.
It looks like little, short wriggling worms of light
all through my field of vision, for a few seconds
then they fade away.
This can come before and after a headache.
Usually accompanied by that disconnected feeling.

Any other CH'ers get light shows?
