i think, I too am slowly learning the lesson of acceptance with CH's. I used to fight SO HARD ,pacing, unable to calm down,in constant motion., but in this last cycle, I just try the calm approach, lying as still as possible with ice packs,,,trying to breathe in the seconds in between the pain waves, It doesnt stopthe attack,it just helps me ride it a little easier. On the other hand maybe I am just getting more exhausted as the lack of a ecent night sleep builds up.....the saga continues
