if the brain craves the euphoric state so much wouldn't it be easier and a lot less painful to step in front of a bus and jump back just at the last second. That would give you a hellava euphoric adrenaline rush the that brain would never forget. Or maybe just a simple adrenalectomy would do the trick. No more adrenaline rush, thus no more headache.
