No need to answer this...I just wanted to say when I read your post, I could have sworn I wrote that. I know exactly where you are. It's hard for all of my family and friends to understand what this is like for me. That sometimes I need solitude to keep from going insane. I feel for them because they worry about me so much. They don't like that they have to be away from me at times but they are begining to understand. I have learned that CH not only effects you but everyone who loves and cares about you in a way that hard for most people to understand. I don't really have anything specific to say but that I know how it is and that I feel for you. God Bless You
